The Cape Cod Modern House Trust has posted summer 2011 schedule of events. There are two bike tours available, the first on August 21, 2011, tickets are $60 and available through castlehill.org, and the second on September 10, 2011, tickets are $40 and available at ccmht.org as well as several lectures. Colony at Wellfleet in The New York Times T Magazine Summer Travel Issue

Colony of Wellfleet, a collection of 10 modernist cottages, designed by architect Nathaniel Saltonstall in 1949, is featured in The New York Times T Magazine May 13, 2011 Summer Travel issue. 1960 Hatch Cottage in Wellfleet, MA in 'Artist's Handmade Houses' (Abrams)

Ruth Hatch's 1960 cottage in Wellfleet is featured in the book 'Artist's Handmade Houses' (Abrams) by historian and landscape architect Michael Gotkin and photographer Don Freeman. Wonderful interior photographs of the cottage with the original furniture in place are included in the book. As Michael Gotkin notes in his April 28, 2011 interview with The New York Times' Eve M.
